NOODLY
Last updated 30 September 2026
Noodly is a community for sharing noodle dishes and exploring personal flavor preferences. This policy explains how the operator of Noodly (“we”) handles information when you use the app. For privacy questions, contact Noodly@outlook.com or use Contact the Kitchen in the app.
Depending on which features you use, this may include:
We use your camera or selected photos only when you choose a relevant feature. Nearby requests location only while the app is in use; you can choose a city manually instead. We do not request background location.
We use information to provide community features, create flavor recommendations and quests, manage purchases, handle reports and blocks, resolve problems, and meet legal obligations. Public posts and profile details you choose to share can be seen by other users. Private tasting records and your Broth Drops balance are not publicly displayed.
We may use service providers to operate the app and share transaction information with Apple when necessary. We may disclose information when legally required. We do not sell your personal information. Where applicable, we process data to provide the service, with your consent, for legitimate safety interests, or to meet legal duties.
Noodly has zero tolerance for objectionable or offensive content, abusive behavior, and abusive users. Before participating, users must accept our User Agreement (EULA), which sets out these community rules.
You can report inappropriate posts, comments, messages, or users, or block another user. To handle a report, we may process the reported content, relevant profile details, the reason for the report, and our review decision. We will review and take action on reports of objectionable content or abuse within 24 hours of receipt. Confirmed violations may result in content removal and restricted or terminated access for the offending user. Reporting and blocking are separate actions; ordinary blocks can be reversed in Settings. Report details are used for community safety and are not publicly displayed.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the relevant features, handle safety issues, verify purchases, and meet legal requirements. You can delete content where the app provides deletion controls. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards.
You can decline optional camera, photo, and location access, although related features may be limited. You can edit or delete content you control. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law, contact Noodly@outlook.com.
Noodly is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by law. If we learn that we collected information from a child below the applicable age, we will take steps to delete it.
Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, subject to safeguards required by applicable law. Where available, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
We may revise this policy and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Contact us through Contact the Kitchen in the app or by email at Noodly@outlook.com.
